Men literally stop mid-set to stare at me in the gym – I’m not going to hide my body just because people REACT

OnlyFans star Estefania Palomeras says men ditch their workouts to watch her train. She says the staring follows her from the gym to the supermarket and makes dating almost impossible.

Estefania Palomeras can tell when a man is pretending to rest between sets. He is not resting. He is staring.

The 27-year-old OnlyFans creator and modelling agency owner says her gym sessions in Miami regularly turn into something she did not sign up for.

Men pause their workouts to watch her train. Strangers stare in supermarkets. Hiking trails are not much better.

“You can literally see men stopping mid-set just to look,” she told CreatorZine.

“Sometimes they pretend they’re resting between reps but they’re actually staring. I train most mornings and you definitely get attention in the gym environment.”

‘I’m not going to hide myself’

Palomeras, who has 105,000 Instagram followers as @itssteffzia, says she has learned to live with it. That does not mean she enjoys it.

“It’s funny sometimes, but it can also be uncomfortable when you’re just trying to do normal things,” she said.

“You suddenly realise you’re being watched even when you’re just walking around.”

She is clear that adjusting her behaviour is not on the table.

“I’m confident in my body and I’m proud of it. I’m not going to hide myself just because people react.”

Independence is apparently a dating problem

The attention has not translated into an easier love life.

Palomeras says her looks, her career and her financial independence combine into something many men find intimidating rather than attractive.

“Some men are curious about what I do, but others get intimidated when they realise I’m independent and successful,” she said.

“A lot of men prefer women who need them. But I’ve always been very independent and built my life on my own.”

From restaurant shifts to managing 100 creators

Palomeras moved to Florida from Venezuela and worked her way through the restaurant industry before becoming a babysitter.

She now runs a modelling agency that manages around 100 content creators alongside her own OnlyFans career.

“For me it’s about feeling confident and enjoying my life,” she said.

“I work hard and I also love spending time outdoors, travelling and hiking. That balance is really important to me.”

Why it matters

“Men stare at me in the gym” is a content format that exists in enormous volume on social media.

It reliably generates engagement because it splits audiences cleanly: women who relate, men who feel called out, and everyone else who has an opinion about whether the attention is genuine, exaggerated or deliberately courted.

Palomeras is savvy enough to know that the story promotes her brand without her needing to post explicit content.

The gym clip drives curiosity. The curiosity drives profile visits. The profile drives subscriptions.

It is a funnel dressed up as a complaint, and it works every time.

Whether the staring is as constant as described matters less than the fact that the content around it keeps performing.
