Abby Rose has read thousands of fan fantasies, some plotted with more care than a film script.
Only one has ever cast her as a piece of industrial cleaning equipment.
The 33-year-old adult content creator, a former Marine from Houston, Texas, says the request fused two very particular interests: cars and hair.
“He wanted me to pretend like I’m in a car wash, and he’s in the car wash with me,” said Abby, who has 364,000 Instagram followers at @itsabbyrosemain.

“He also had a hair fetish, so my hair was like the bristles of the car wash.
“I was basically the car wash.”
Scripts, storylines and a Star Wars saga
The car wash man stands out in what is, by Abby’s account, a crowded field.
Fans often spend days drafting their requests before pressing send, and some arrive as multi-page scripts complete with character lists.

“Some of these people have put more thought into their requests than I put into major life decisions,” she said.
“They’ve planned everything. There are characters, storylines and all sorts of details.”
One fan built her an entire space opera.
“I had one guy who wanted this huge Star Wars-style storyline,” she said.
“There were aliens, missions and all these different characters. It was like reading a movie script.”
Most of it amuses her. “Men come up with some really interesting ideas,” she said.

“Sometimes I read a request and think, where on earth did that come from? But honestly, I find a lot of them funny.”
‘Everybody has their thing’
Years of this have left Abby close to unshockable, and notably relaxed about it.
“You start to realise that everybody has their thing,” she said.
“Some people like cars. Some people like sci-fi. Some people just have really specific ideas. Nothing surprises me anymore.”

Her one rule is manners. “As long as people are kind and respectful, I don’t really care.
I’ve seen so many different things over the years that it’s hard to shock me now.”
If anything, she admires the workmanship. “The creativity honestly impresses me,” she added.
“Some people could probably write books with the amount of detail they come up with.”
Why It Matters

Requests like these sit at the bespoke end of the creator economy, where fans behave as commissioners rather than subscribers.
In the adult space, personalised content commands premium prices because it exists for a single buyer, and the days of planning Abby’s fans invest show where the real value sits: in the fantasy itself, long before anyone films anything.
As subscription income flattens across platforms, custom work has become one of the steadiest revenue lines adult creators have, and the briefs keep getting more elaborate.
Somewhere, presumably, a man is still refining the car wash concept.
Whatever lands in Abby’s inbox next will have competition.
