Carolina Braedt was jumping an obstacle on her horse Igor when she fell. She broke three ribs.
She posted the footage anyway, called it an “occupational hazard” and went back to bed.
The 30-year-old beauty and lifestyle influencer from Lima, Peru, was rushed to hospital after the fall, which was caught on camera, as reported by CreatorZine.
Doctors confirmed three broken ribs. She has since been on complete bed rest, updating her 350,000 Instagram followers from her pillow.
“Sometimes life demands impromptu breaks and here I am taking one,” she told followers.

Braedt, who runs the digital brand Fashaddicti, said the injury has forced her offline temporarily.
But she had planned ahead, having filmed a batch of recipes and tips the week before the accident.
“Luckily, last week I recorded videos of recipes, tips, and several things you requested in the comments, so I’ll take advantage of that to upload all of them in the next few days,” she said.
She shared a clip of the fall on social media alongside a message to Igor: “This was the first, and hopefully last, accident with my little Igor.”
