Diane Keaton bought a Laguna Beach house in 2021, gave it the full monochrome treatment and sold it on the following year.
Now her final renovation project is back on the market for $10.3million.
The four-bedroom oceanfront home was reportedly the last property the Oscar winner redesigned before her death.
From $6.6m to $10.3m
Keaton paid $6.6million for the house.
Roughly a year later she sold it for around $8million, as reported by CreatorZine.

The price has climbed again since. The listing lands one year after the actress died, aged 79.
Black, white and the Pacific
The 2,698sq ft house sits on 0.38 acres above the golden sands of Table Rock Beach, and almost everything about it points you at the water.
Floor-to-ceiling glass frames the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and terraces.

Her signature look hits the moment you walk in. Black frames on the doors and windows.
Bright white walls. Warm wood, statement lighting and carefully chosen furniture stop the whole thing feeling like a very expensive chessboard.
The open-plan kitchen centres on a huge island with waterfall countertops and bar seating.
It runs into an airy dining area, where a clear glass barrier makes sure nothing gets between diners and the view.

Priorities.
A few steps down, a sunken living room has an imposing black-brick fireplace and doors straight out to an ocean-facing deck.
A bedroom with its own terrace
The primary bedroom gets a second fireplace and a spacious private terrace above the water.
Its ensuite sticks to the theme with black fittings, twin sinks and a large shower.

Outside, several seating and dining areas chase the Californian sun.
There is also a built-in outdoor kitchen and barbecue for anyone who fancies grilling with the Pacific as a backdrop.
Estate agents describe the interiors as “sophisticated yet inviting”, with an easy coastal style meant to suit the setting.
Laguna Beach’s galleries, restaurants and seafront attractions sit moments away.
Brooke Wainwright and David Koffs of LUXRE Realty hold the listing.
The house that Keaton built

Keaton’s career ran for more than five decades.
She won the best actress Oscar for the 1977 romantic comedy Annie Hall and starred in The Godfather trilogy, Father of the Bride, The First Wives Club and Something’s Gotta Give.
Off screen, she had a second obsession. She restored homes, loved architecture and wrote about her taste in books including The House That Pinterest Built.
Why It Matters

Keaton was pinning mood boards long before interiors influencers turned it into a career.
She made a book out of her Pinterest habit and a recognisable brand out of her taste, and that brand now forms part of a $10.3m asking price.
For creators building a business around a personal aesthetic, it shows a distinctive look can carry value long after the person behind it has gone.
Celebrity homes, especially ones carrying a famous owner’s design fingerprints, remain one of property’s most reliable headline grabbers.
Whether the next owner keeps the black frames or reaches for a tin of paint is another question.
