Juliette Michele keeps a menu at her convention booth.
Men read it, choose a punishment, sign a waiver and pay her to deliver it.
The options include being stepped on, sat on, slapped or kicked in the balls.
Christmas is months off, but the 28-year-old dominatrix from Dallas, Texas, runs a nutcracking business that never closes for the season.

The menu at Creators After Dark

Juliette hosts her own 18+ event, Creators After Dark, aimed at what she calls “nerdy cosplay fans and gamers”.
“It’s like a really fun festival for adult models, but it’s a little bit nerdy with panels geared towards cosplay and gamers,” she said.
“At my booth, I have a menu with a bunch of things men can pay for. I can step on you, sit on you, kick you in the balls, or slap you.”
The groin kicks get the attention. They don’t top the menu.

“My most popular one is thigh headlocks. I’ll be sitting in a chair and somebody will sit down in front of me, then I’ll crush their head with my thighs.
“I don’t go too hard because I actually think I probably could take someone’s head off. I do a lot of weightlifting.”
Hence the paperwork. “I’m careful because obviously I don’t actually want to hurt anyone, but I do make them sign waivers just in case.”
Jessica Rabbit, Marge Simpson and 3m followers

Away from the booth, Juliette has more than 3m followers on Instagram (@thejuliettemichele).
She dresses up as Jessica Rabbit, Marge Simpson and Usagi Tsukino, the heroine of the manga Sailor Moon. Marge has rarely looked so intimidating.
A pillow for the gentler fan
Not every fan wants pain. For them, Juliette launched a pillow modelled on her bum in 2021.

“I partnered with a manufacturer and we had custom pillows made,” she said.
“They’re really soft and comfortable, so people can cuddle them, lie on them or spank them if they want.”
The limited-edition pillows went for around $150 (£111).
She admits the product no longer matches the original.
“I’ve put on weight so my butt is definitely even bigger in real life now.”
Armpits, giantesses and a sandwich

Her customers’ requests go well beyond bottoms.
Juliette has fielded foot fetishes, armpit fetishes and fans who want her to play a giant woman.
“That involves me playing this giant woman while they imagine they’re a really small man, and then I step on them and squish them,” she said.
Some requests have nothing to do with sex at all.
“I’ve even had things that aren’t sexual at all, where someone will pay good money just to watch me making a sandwich.”

Even Juliette gets surprised. “I’m very interested in a lot of kinks, but sometimes I’ll discover something where even I’m like, ‘I didn’t know people were into that.'”
She calls that the appeal. “There are so many different communities and different things that people enjoy, which is part of what makes it interesting.”
Not an act
Juliette says the dominance doesn’t switch off when the camera does.

“I genuinely enjoy being dominant. It’s a big part of who I am, so it’s not like I’m pretending to be a different person for work.”
She knows how the job sounds to outsiders.
“I know some people say it isn’t a real job, but I do put work into it. I’m just lucky that it’s something I have so much fun doing that sometimes it feels more like a hobby.”
Why It Matters

Juliette doesn’t sell content so much as access, and she prices every kind of it separately.
A thigh headlock, a custom video, a cushion.
Each one is its own product with its own price. Creators chasing ad revenue and brand deals could learn something from a woman who sells sandwich-making as a premium service.
The bigger picture
Adult creators now run conventions, merch lines and live events alongside their subscription pages.

They have stopped renting their audience from the platforms and started building venues of their own.
What next
Creators After Dark gives Juliette a stage she owns outright, and the menu can only get longer.
The waiver may need a few more pages.
