Married men are watching Lauren and Julia Burch undress on camera, then telling the identical twins it has improved their relationships.

Some of them are watching with their wives.

The 25-year-olds live together in LA and have built a following of nearly four million across Instagram alone, as reported by Creatorzine.

Lauren’s @laurenxburch has 1.9m.

The content runs from Twitch gaming streams to modelling work to the kind of videos that keep the DMs full.

The feedback they didn’t expect

Julia says the marriage thing comes up more than you’d think.

“I’ve had a few people tell me that their marriage has gotten better since they started following me,” she said.

“They’ll watch my stuff with their wife and they said it helped their marriage. I definitely like getting that feedback.”

Their audience now stretches from the US to the UK.

The requests that come with it stretch further.

The one line that doesn’t move

People ask the twins to kiss. Constantly.

“Being twins, people often get overcome with this weird fantasy of thinking it would be so hot,” Julia said.

“But they’ve forgotten we’re sisters and that would be weird. No amount of money would make us do that.”

The asks go beyond kissing, and the sisters have settled on a policy of simply not engaging with them.

“The internet is a weird place and people definitely have a lot of strange fantasies,” Julia said. “We just ignore it.”

It isn’t only the men

The pressure has also come from inside the industry.

Julia describes a recent LA collaboration with a group of female creators that went wrong almost immediately.

“Some of them we kind of knew from online, but I hadn’t met many of them in person,” she said.

“When we went there, the vibes were just really weird. I felt like they were pressuring us to do sexual things that I wasn’t comfortable with, so we left immediately.”

Working alongside her sister, she says, is the reason that exit was easy.

“A lot of people in this industry can be really fake. It’s hard to know who’s really in your corner or who just wants to associate with you for clout.

It’s really nice to have a sister to always lean on because I know that she’s always in my corner and always has my back.”

Why the Twitch stream matters more than the photos

Julia reckons the images aren’t actually the product.

“I love streaming on Twitch specifically because I feel like I have built a community where we’re all really close friends,” she said.

“I try not to put on a persona when I stream. I want it to be an environment where everyone can just be themselves, as if we’re all hanging out with our friends.”

She answers her own messages and says she always will, however large the following gets.

“I couldn’t imagine myself letting someone else do that. I don’t think I would trust someone acting as me because I’d be scared they were going to say something that wasn’t true to me.

The best part of being online is just being yourself and getting to interact with so many new people.”

Why It Matters

Outsourced DMs are now standard practice at the Burches’ follower count, with agencies and chat teams quietly handling fan messages for creators who sell intimacy at scale.

Julia refusing to hand that over is a commercial decision dressed as a personal one.

The authenticity is the inventory.

The boundary question is the other half of it.

Creators working in sibling pairs, couples and friend groups face audience demand that keeps escalating, and the twins’ flat refusal is a rare public example of someone naming the price that doesn’t exist.

Expect more creators to start talking openly about the requests they turn down, mostly because saying no in public now performs better than saying yes in private.
