Dania Milokhin has had two professional boxing fights and millions of sparring sessions without losing a tooth.
Last week he went down a children’s slide in Dubai.
The tooth did not come back up with him.
A beam, a slide, and a missing tooth
The 24-year-old Russian influencer was at a pool with his girlfriend, Ukrainian creator Darina Zelenska, when he decided to relive his childhood.
There was a slide. He fancied a go.
He didn’t see the beam.

He hit it face-first at full speed. The tooth came out somewhere on the way down.
He made it to the bottom of the slide, which by his own account is the part he chooses to focus on.
“Bam, straight into it”
Speaking with a fresh lisp on 12 May, Dania walked his followers through the disaster.
“So, here’s the story of how I lost my tooth,” he said.
“We were swimming in the pool, and there was a slide there. I didn’t see the beam, and then, bam, straight into it. And my tooth fell out. But at least I made it down the slide.”
His 20 million followers reached for the knife.

“Maybe it’s time to grow up?” one wrote.
Another did the maths: “You’ve had two boxing fights and millions of sparring sessions, but you broke your tooth on a… children’s slide!”
From Moscow to delivery bikes
Dania lives in Dubai with Darina and has spent most of recent years between the UAE and Spain.
He recently told followers he was working as a food delivery driver in the city.
Then he upgraded to waiter.
He last set foot in Moscow in December 2023.

Russian public figures called for him to be conscripted into military service almost as soon as he landed.
He left within days. His adoptive father later said he was unfit due to severe short-sightedness, which the slide incident does little to disprove.
The biggest controversy of his career to date was professional rather than dental.
During filming of Russian TV show Ice Age, he abruptly flew to Dubai mid-series, leaving Olympic figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva without a skating partner.
Why this matters

This is the creator economy in a single clip.
A man with the follower count of a small country, monetising his face, takes his face into a metal beam at a children’s pool, then films the result for content.
The lisp stays in the edit. The engagement is enormous.
It also says something about where high-follower creators end up when politics push them out of their home country.
Twenty million fans and a waiter shift in Dubai is not a contradiction anymore.
It’s a job description.
Dania has not said whether the tooth will be replaced, or whether the slide will feature in future content.
Given the numbers on this one, retiring it would be a strange business decision.
