Iris Rabaya Au has surrendered all of it, along with the next 18 months of her life.
The 37-year-old was sentenced on 21 September after pleading guilty in March to subscribing to a false tax return, as reported by Creatorzine.

United States District Judge Percy Anderson also ordered her to pay $1.4million (£1million) in restitution.
Au is the girlfriend of Davide Sanclimenti, the Italian reality star who won Love Island in 2022.
They went public in January 2025. He has said he is staying.
The money came from The Godfather
Before Sanclimenti, Au was with Adam Iza, a 26-year-old crypto fraudster who gave himself the nickname and, apparently, commissioned the statuary to match.
Prosecutors say Iza built up roughly $16million (£12million) in cryptocurrency.
Between 2020 and 2023, more than $2.6million (£1.95million) of it moved from various accounts into Au’s personal ones.
She told the IRS about a fraction of it.
Prosecutors said Au built shell businesses at Iza’s direction and opened bank accounts in those companies’ names.
According to them, money running through those accounts paid around $1million, mostly in cash, to serving Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies working private security for Iza.
Prosecutors also allege Iza used those deputies to secure court-authorised search warrants and confidential information on people he was in financial and personal disputes with.
The rest went on properties, cars, jewellery, clothes and whatever else took his attention.
What the prosecution said she actually did
The government’s position is that Au was not a bystander who happened to receive money.
“Au set up the financial infrastructure that enabled Adam Iza to move, spend, and conceal millions of dollars in fraud proceeds while she personally benefited from the wealth,” prosecutors stated.
“Au concealed entities and income from her tax preparer and filed returns reporting only a small fraction of what she had actually received.
Those were affirmative acts designed to prevent the IRS from learning the true extent of her income.”
Iza pleaded guilty in January 2025 to conspiracy against rights, wire fraud and tax evasion.
He is already serving 15 years over an attempted Bitcoin robbery and kidnapping in Connecticut in August 2024, and he is back in court on 5 October.
Au is a mother of two.
Why It Matters
Reality TV winners are creators now. That is the whole business model.
Sanclimenti left the villa in 2022 with an audience and has spent the years since converting it into brand work, and the value of that audience is tied almost entirely to how advertisers feel about being adjacent to him.
A partner with a federal conviction and a forfeiture list involving sheriff’s deputies is not a neutral fact in that calculation.
Brand safety teams are not reading court filings for nuance.
There is also the older problem of crypto money arriving in creator circles with no visible origin.
Reality stars have been paid in tokens, promoted exchanges and taken sponsorship from platforms that later collapsed.
Very few of them were asked to explain where any of it came from at the time.
That is changing. Regulators in the UK and US have spent the last two years pulling creator promotion of financial products into scope, and tax authorities have become noticeably more interested in influencer income that arrives through company structures rather than salaries.
Sanclimenti has not addressed the sentencing publicly beyond his commitment to the relationship.
Whether his commercial partners take the same view is the thing to watch, and those decisions usually surface quietly, in the form of work that simply stops appearing.
